NVQ in
Business and Administration
The Business and
Administration NVQ qualification is acquired
by the candidate at different levels
according to the level of competence and
experience held.
Over 7 million
people in the UK carry out a quantity of
administrative tasks as part of their daily
job role. The Business and Administration
levels of NVQ meet the requirements of
everyone whose job role involves a level of
administration. This would include
Administrators to Managers in every working
environment.
The NVQ Level 1
qualification is suitable for routine and
predictable daily tasks.
The NVQ Level 2
qualification is aimed at people with a
range of administrative activities carried
out in a variety of contexts. Candidates are
expected to have a degree of autonomy within
their role.
The NVQ Level 3
qualification requires Candidates to have a
wide range of work activities and are
directly involved in developing,
implementing and maintaining administrative
procedures whilst working with customers and
clients.
The NVQ Level 4
qualification is appropriate for people with
a very wide range of complex technical and
professional tasks to perform with a
substantial degree of own responsibility and
autonomy. It is most usual for the candidate
to have subordinates and will be involved in
the development, implementation and
monitoring of all administrative services
within their organisation.
