Mandatory Training Programme

There is a 62% turnover of care staff in private sector Nursing and Residential homes which can result in high costs for Mandatory Training. Quantum Training’s special ‘Mandatory Training Programme’ will be held on a continual basis at our Derby training centre. Sessions on all six units i.e. Moving & Handling - Health & Safety - Basic Food & Hygiene - First Aid / CPR - Infection Control - POVA will be held weekly.
